By participating in the Roshi Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and to use the Referral Program in the manner specified in herein.

How It Works

  1. You invite a friend whose cannabis business requires supply-chain software to check out Roshi.  Make sure to give them your personal 6-digit referral code!
  2. Your friend’s company signs up for a new Roshi subscription. During signup, the new customer provides your personal 6-digit referral code in the Roshi onboarding form.
  3. Within 30 days of your friend’s company paying its first Roshi invoice, we’ll provide your company with a $300 credit (“Referral Credit”) on its next Roshi invoice and we’ll send you a $100 individual electronic VISA gift card (“Referral Gift Card”, and together with the Referral Credit, the “Referral Awards”), which will be delivered to your work-associated email address.

Eligibility & Other Terms

  1. Only authorized users of Roshi customers in good standing are eligible to participate in this Referral Program.
  2. You warrant that you are over the age of 18 and permitted by your employer’s policies to participate in this Referral Program and to receive payments for referrals.
  3. Referral Awards will only be issued for referred customers who have never previously had a Roshi subscription.  Referral Awards are not available for past referrals.
  4. No more than one set of Referral Awards may be issued for any new customer. Referral Gift Cards will only be issued to the person whose 6-digit referral code is entered on the new customer’s onboarding form, and the Referral Credit will only be issued to such person’s employer at the time the referral is made.
  5. Referral Awards will be issued within 30 days of the referred customer’s payment in full of its first Roshi invoice.
  6. Referral Gift Cards have a seven-year expiration date from the time of issuance in accordance with the gift card terms and conditions.
  7. There is no limit to the number of Referral Credits that any Roshi customer can receive, but please note that any Referral Credits greater than the Roshi customer’s current invoice amount will be rolled forward and applied to subsequent invoices. In no event will any Roshi customer be entitled to a refund or cash payments for any Referral Credits. Referral Credits are non-transferable.
  8. No individual may be awarded more than $500 in Referral Gift Cards in any calendar year. Any subsequent referrals made under such individual’s referral code thereafter will not be entitled to any Referral Gift Card.
  9. Recipients of Referral Awards are solely responsible for any tax payments and reporting for amounts received. If requested, you agree to provide Roshi with a signed W-9 form.
  10. If you refer a potential customer to Roshi by email, text or other written communication, the message creation and distribution must be appropriate and customary for communications with friends, colleagues, and business acquaintances. Bulk email distribution, distributions to strangers, mass texting or messaging, use of any automated system or bots through any channel to distribute or post invitations or your referral code, or any other promotion that would appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” is prohibited. Public posting of your referral code on any website (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or blogs) is prohibited.
  11. You agree that you will not engage in any conduct that violates the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, as amended, and that all your activities in connection with this Referral Program shall be conducted in accordance with applicable law.
  12. Roshi reserves the right to revoke Referral Awards for violations of these Referral Program Terms of Service or if Roshi believes you are abusing this Referral Program.

This Referral Program is void where prohibited by law. Roshi reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting to its website. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
