Eric has been with sparc since 2015, always working in Product. Starting at sparc as a coordinator, he moved up to management and has been the director since September 2019. His personal experience using cannabis to manage anxiety and insomnia led him to research and explore using cannabis as medicine. Originally from Rhode Island, Eric moved to the Bay Area in 2011 to pursue a career in Cannabis.

Andrea Brooks is the CEO and Founder of Sava, a digital platform that provides e-commerce solutions for curated, high-quality cannabis goods to consumers throughout the Bay Area. Since founding Sava in 2015, Andrea has applied her expertise in conducting needs assessments, developing strategic partnerships and creating new revenue sources for the Company. Under her stewardship, Sava has grown from 1 to 35 employees, expanded its product offering to more than 50 brands and 500 SKUs, and experienced 10X growth in revenue.
Waylon Broussard
Executive Director of Coast to Coast Cannabis & The General of 3C Farms
With over 15 years experience as a legal dispensary owner in Los Angeles, Waylon Broussard has an immense amount of knowledge surrounding the cannabis plant and the retail cannabis experience. He is now The General for 3C Farms, Executive Director of Coast to Coast DTLA (formerly Cannabal City Collective and Grateful Meds) and Chairperson for the Business Development Committee on the Los Angeles River Arts Business Association Council. As a native to Northern California, his personal relationship and love for the plant extends far beyond his professional career.
